We recently stayed at Celestine Hotel Ginza and had an outstanding experience. The location is absolutely perfect, near all the shopping malls and boutiques. The front office staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The entire property was spotlessly clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend Celestine Hotel Ginza to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit!

The Celestine’s a nice experience for a solo traveller - located near Shimbashi station with many dining options around the area (including the popular Ichiran Ramen), it’s also convenient to get a late night snack in at Lawson’s just next door. The room’s a good size and well-stocked with toiletries, and the bed’s comfortable. Front desk staff are very polite and helpful, especially Ms Haginoya who assisted me patiently with my transport enquiries - I was able to plan my day trip to Nasushiobara with ease, great customer service rendered.

The room was lovely and very spacious - we were able to fit 4 suitcases easily. The the bathroom was beautiful and there was more than enough space for clothes storage. The view from the room was so interesting and it was really nice to watch the world go by! The location was fantastic, with great transport links and only a 20 minute taxi ride from Haneda airport. The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond, even making sure we didn't get wet when we were struggling to get to our taxi in the pouring rain!

The hotel's location is great, with its being so close to the Yamanote loop (and other) train lines and in a pleasant part of Tokyo. There are many restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk. There is a Lawson one minute away. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. All facilities were very good, as were the comfortable beds and block out curtains. Our room was on the 5th floor, at the back, and was very quiet overall

The hotel location is supposed to be on more quieter side of Ginza, in 1 side of the room has bars just the back of the hotel where it can be very noisy at night, there is no soundproofing as you can hear all the noise came from the bars. Location is very close to the station, walking distance about 200 meters, you can also walk around Ginza area easily. Room is clean. Wifi is also good. There is no view you can expect.
